1Definitions & Interpretation

In this SCB39 Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "SCB39" / "Platform" — refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain scb39.fun, including all services, features and content provided therein.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account at scb39 or is currently using this platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered account created by a Member to access scb39 services.
• "Deposit" — funds deposited by a Member into their scb39 account for wagering purposes.
• "Withdrawal" — the process of transferring a scb39 account balance to a payment method registered by the Member.
• "Bonus" — any credits, promotions, cashback or additional benefits granted by scb39 to a Member subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirements" — the minimum wagering amount a Member must reach before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process conducted by scb39 to confirm a Member's personal information before processing a withdrawal.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

Use of the scb39 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement in the jurisdiction of your residence.
• Not a citizen or resident of any region that restricts or prohibits online gambling activities under its local laws.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any recognised gambling platform.

Upon registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form. scb39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at scb39. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or IP addresses — constitutes a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

Scb39 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, bank statement, or recent proof of address.

3Account Usage & Member Responsibilities

Once your account is activated, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and any interactions with scb39 services.

You agree to:

• Ensure that your account password remains confidential and is not shared with any other party.
• Notify SCB39 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Keep your personal information (including phone number and email) up to date whenever changes occur.
• Only bet using your own funds and never use money obtained through unlawful means.
• Not using any software, automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Scb39 employs a continuous monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or collude with other players to gain unfair advantages will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Scb39 provides a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfers across major local banks.

Deposit:

• All deposits are processed in real time and are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and can be reviewed on the deposit page within your account.
• Scb39 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes on the SCB39 platform only.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for regular members and 3 minutes for Diamond VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• Scb39 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain limits.
• All bonus-related rollover requirements must be fully met before the associated withdrawal is approved.
• Scb39 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 7 business days if compliance checks or security investigations are required.

5Bonus, Promotions & VIP Programme

Scb39 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All such offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Every bonus has specific rollover (re-wagering) requirements. Members must fulfil the stipulated rollover conditions before any bonus withdrawal is permitted.
• Received bonuses cannot be transferred to other members or directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Scb39 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means deemed as promotional abuse, including bonus arbitrage or coordination across multiple accounts.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• The validity period for each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will not be reactivated.

The scb39 VIP Programme rewards active members with exclusive benefits. VIP tiers are determined based on cumulative wagering amounts within a specified period. scb39 reserves the right to modify the VIP structure, cashback rates, or related benefits at any time with a minimum of 7 days' notice to affected members.

6Wagering Rules & Games

All games on the scb39 platform use a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round.

• The outcome of all games is final once processed by the system. No appeals may be submitted against valid game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, scb39 will settle the relevant bet based on verifiable outcomes from system records.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Scb39 reserves the right to void bets and refund funds if there is clear evidence of technical error, fraud, or a breach of terms.

For Live Casino games, all results announced by the dealer are final, subject to video verification. In the event of a dispute, scb39 will review the relevant video recording and scb39's final decision shall be binding.

7Member Conduct & Prohibitions

SCB39 members are required to maintain respectful and responsible conduct while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment against other members or scb39 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the scb39 platform.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or any other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds for betting activities on the scb39 platform.
• Sharing your account or allowing any other party to use it, including family members.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the breach. SCB39 reserves the right to report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8Account Termination & Suspension

Scb39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• An official request from the relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the SCB39 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the settlement of all active bets and fulfilment of applicable rollover requirements.

For accounts terminated due to a breach of terms, scb39 reserves the right to freeze and forfeit any balance obtained through means that violate these terms, including winnings associated with fraudulent activity.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The scb39 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, scb39 does not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

• Scb39 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• Scb39 is not liable for any losses arising from user equipment failure, unstable internet connections, or third-party service disruptions.
• SCB39's maximum total liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Scb39 is not responsible for any health, financial, or social consequences arising from excessive or irresponsible use of the platform.

10Terms Amendment & Contact Us

Scb39 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the Member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in effect.

Continued use of the scb39 platform after any amendments have been made constitutes the Member's acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
